I'm going to try to make a long story short...
3 years ago I weighed 192 and decided to do Weight Watchers and I got down to 155
I looked and felt great - then I plateaued - so I reduced my calories to 1,000 a day and gained 7 lbs back.
I know weigh 167 and I can't stand how fat I am :( I seem to only lose weight when I eat 500 calories a day and I know that is horrible and I don't want to have an eating disorder...so I bumped my calories back to 1,000 a day.
I am constantly working - so realistically I can maybe run a mile a day for exercise...
What can I do to lose my weight in a healthy way? My mom caught me spitting out a cookie and just yelled at me because she thinks I am developing an eating disorder and I don't want to...I just CANT get any bigger :(
What is ideal exercise and diet for me?

Run like 3 miles per a day, and do that at least 3 times a week. Also, do a lot of walking! It ain't that bad, since you are pretty tall. I would say you should only lose 35 pounds at most. 140 sounds pretty good for you height. Try to eat 2 eggs for breakfast because they have low calories and can fill you up the whole morning and even lunch. But don't do that everyday since eggs have high cholesterol. Again, 3-4 times a week at most for consuming eggs. Eat constantly, if you really want to starve yourself, then eat a light dinner and skip snacks after dinner. However, eat big breakfast and lunch.

And the best way is starving....i have tried it and i droped a jean size in 2 weeks what i was very proud of tbh!
I drink a diet coke and a sald a day. And exercise for 2 hours.
But i think your diet plan is going fine if you have lost
25lbs in 5 months.
