Question: i know i need to mainly eat healthy and also excersize, but specifically how should i excersize and what are some really good foods for weight loss? thanks:)

Losing weight is mostly about diet; namely you want to be taking in less calories than you're burning, while avoiding the garbage that plagues the modern American menu. You should be eating lean proteins like fish, chicken breast, tenderloin, eggs, legumes, and nuts. You also want to have plenty of fiber from oats, vegetables, and fruits. Most of all you want water and plenty of it. No processed meals, refined sugars, breads or other garbage carbs. Eat an ample breakfast and dinner, while breaking up lunch into two smaller meals to keep your metabolism going. Don't deny yourself the things you lost, but consume them in moderation. Meal prepping is the go-to people for a great deal of successful diets, since we tend to eat junk food when we feel too lazy to cook. At breakfast you want main courses like eggs or steel cut oats. I like to keep a bag of frozen onions and peppers in the fridge to mix in with my eggs along with some cheese and pepper for scrambled eggs. Berries and honey make great flavor enhances for oats. Try to include a fruit side dish, like a banana or apple. Or chop up a variety of fruits for a quick salad. Sweet potatoes make a great lunch; filling and loaded with fiber. You can top them with cinnamon, butter (real butter!!), walnuts, and raisins... or whatever you like. One of my favorite meals is a naked blt; lean bacon and tomato between two slices of lettuce. You might also try bananas and celery dipped in natural peanut butter (not that sugar-loaded garbage). At dinner time enjoy a lean protein with at least two veggie side dishes. Have some Greek yogurt for desert. Basically if the food is straight from nature then it's awesome for you. Go nuts and find what you like..

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Eat more protein than anything else. Foods like lean meat(chicken), cheese, nuts, yogurt, eggs. Eat a few servings of green vegetables every day. Stay away from carbs and sweets. Don't drink soda. Drink a lot of water instead. Do any exercise you like. Just be active, stay away from the tv and video games.

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people.
