Question: I need to lose weight fast. So i need alot of tips as to how to do that. It's very hard for me to lose weight so i need some effective stuff without spending, or going to the gym.

Don't eat as many calories as you expend. Muscle burns calories just sitting idle, so add muscle. Crash diets cause loss of muscle as well as fat, making it more difficult to loose fat the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around. Face it: Exercise and diet are the only ways. Don't blame genetics, bone structure, metabolism, etc. The blame game is an excuse to do what you want to do anyway - EAT. If you're serious, add muscle, reduce caloric intake. You can spend a fortune on false promises and the only thing that will get slimmer is your wallet.

Okay first, you won't lose that much weight without doing something dangerous or stupid. Second, you should just focus on eating less, with more emphasis on proteins and vegetables, and get some form of cardiovascular (aerobic- gets your heart rate up) exercise 5 days a week and for good body tone, do some conditioning work, sit ups, press ups, look up calisthenics, body weight exercises and the like on youtube, you'll find full tutorials of what to do. There's even one that just uses a chair. The information is all out there, look for blogs with running tips and such, but avoid ones that talk about specific foods to eat, or magic metabolism boosters like green teas. The only metabolism booster is exercise, either cardiovascular or strength. Use your hand to portion food: hand with fingers outstretched for portion of vegetables, hand with fingers curled in for max portion of carb foods, size of palm for proteins, and a little bit of fat, like a drizzle of oil on a salad, a slice of avocado or cook the meat brushed with oil. Remember, if you skip exercise you're going to lose muscle and fat, meaning you'll look less toned and also you may look flabby for longer. ie you lose 20lbs with exercise, you look toned, without exercise, still look flabby and "loose" (as opposed to tight, as in tight abs). So its always good to remember to exercise, cardio 5 times a week, and three times a week do a shorter cardio (20-30 mins) then strength. This is from a person who's lost 30lbs in 2.5 months. Trust me, do it too quickly and you'll regret it. I only lost that quickly because I was really big to start with (300lbs)

Eat healthy: eat 3 whole meals a day. For your meals, you want something healthy and that fills you up so that you don't get hungry again for a long time. You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast. Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice. THey are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily. Diets don't work in the long run. When you consume too little, or deprive yourself of certain foods, you are also not getting the essential nutrients. That's why everyone gain the weight back and more in diets. Diet's are a plan for fail. INstead, just focus on eating healthy. You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Opt for a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. that's how you lose weight and keep it off for good. For the exercise, don't overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Rememeber to rest for 1 day of the week. Also, if 1 hour is too long for you, you can BREAK IT DOWN thorughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon myabe, and sometime before or after dinner. It's more managaeable that way. Walking, jogging, running or swimming are aerobic/cardio exercises and they burn the most calories and fat. They will make you strengthen or build your muscle and keep you burning more calories and fat. eat healthy and exercise is the golden rule of losing weight. Good luck hun :)
