You don't lose belly fat, you lose body fat. You burn fat by consuming fewer calories than you expend, causing your body to use energy they have already stored: i.e. Fat. You need to eat properly, in the correct proportions, throughout the day. While doing this, you need to burn energy every day: fat burning occurs best when your heart rate is high, but not too high. Simple: Get off your ***, don't pig out.

Loosing weight is a fairly simple concept. You just need to burn more calories than you take in each day. Learn to count your calories and what ever you take in, you need to burn and then some. The more you burn the more weight you'll loose. I've got a diet that UAB (University of Alabama in Birmingham) produced. It's not the easiest diet, BUT IT WORKS. Stick to the diet and continue exercising and you'll loose so much weight. Drinking water and sleep always keeps your body in tune and alert, so drink your 8 glasses a day of water and get you 8 hours of sleep a night. Your height and your weight seem to be coordinated, by no means are you fat. I am 5'4" and I'm 140 and I don't look fat, in fact, the nurses at the clinic said I was thin. To do belly exercises, you just go to YOUTUBE.COM and do specific searches. This site has hundreds of exercises you can do, crunches, resistance cords, etc. etc. Doing 10 reps of any specific abdominal exercises each day will make a difference. You might want to lost just a few pounds also if you think a lot of weight is in your belly. Remember, if you have a flabby belly and you did your exercises, it will not diminish the flab, it will just make your stomach muscles stronger. Do you get this picture? You will need to lose weight to see results. Remember that the belly is the mecca for all fat! Good luck.

You obviously haven't tried hard enough you need to combine those two if you want to lose weight run A LOT you need to run a lot and trust me you can lose weight I have never had to but I know people who have lost weight. Just stay away from fried foods and red meat and run and exercise you should shed a few pounds.
