Question: I mean naturally...I don;t eat a lot ( not always hungry) so I don't know about the 'balanaced diet' thing. Will I grow taller if I sleep 9 hrs at night??? And what if I lose weight ( I am 59 kg) I am 14 and 150 cm , I know I still have 2 yrs to grow.

To grow taller plenty of protein, calcium, vitamin D and zinc all help. To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per night), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet. Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch. I actually used the program that "Skippy" guy speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played Women's basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.
