i have a curvy figure and nice hips and butt haha but seriously. all i want to do is lose belly fat! unlike most 15 year old girls i dont want to look anorexic so how do i lose belly fat and just tone the rest of my body?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

You can't make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don't eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.

Cut back on salt/sodium, it bloats you
Soda or any carbonated drinks (the kind with bubbles) will bloat you too
Eat yogurt and pickles or pickled vegetables. The probiotics in those items help your digestive track and keeps you regular. Fiber does that too.
And lastly... exercise them abs. Youtube pilate abs exercise, they do wonders. Good luck:)

Measure out there that bowl of cereal as well as oatmeal, including the fruit, crazy, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you add to it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons on hand instead of eyeballing.

There is no way how to loose fat only in one place of body, that just not genetically possible. If you loose it you loose it all over your body. And usually the belly is last place where it comes off. Only thing you can do to not look too skinny all over your body is to replace lost fat with muscle.
Do strength exercises like push ups, lunges, squats, crunches, bicep curls, tricep curls and shoulder raises. You don't have to worry about becoming too muscular cos for woman it is hard to do unless you really do very intense workouts. But it will tone your body and make you look great. To get toned up you have to ate more protein. Also stay away from fats, sugar and fast digesting carbs as much as possible.
To loose fat you have to do cardio at least 30min a day. It may be jogging, cycling, swimming, etc.

You're very pretty! How rude of those people to say otherwise, especially your family. First and foremost please know that you don't ever need to compare yourself to others, not even family members.
If you want to lose some weight then do abdominal and core exercises, anything as simple as situps and pushups (try 10 of each the first day, 20 the next, and work your way up to doing 50 of each per day). Also, to tone your body try cardio workouts, you can get these on DVD or take a class.
It's really simple if you think about it, the key is commitment. Motivate yourself to exercise every day and you will be healthy and happy!
