i'm not fat, but I was average before i moved and gained 10 pounds.
Due to being nervous/depressed a bit, i ate alot.
i have this awkward weight where i cant wear anything too big or too little
Im over this now, and
I want to tone my stomach,arms and legs for the summer.
What are easy ways to do this?
im stuck in the house and i have no exercise equipment
its also hard because i dont like running/walking anywhere alone
what can i do to lose this weight.are there stretches i can do?
i live with my grandmother now.im 19

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month

Try to include fibre content food in your daily eating system.
Swimming is the best way to burn calories. So, try swimming at least once in a week.
Try walking, jogging, skipping, etc. Try to do lot more physical activity. Involve in a game like Badminton, Tennis, etc.

Eat maintenance for days when you exercise, and fat loss (not extreme fat loss since too low amount of calories will stop weight loss) for days when you don't exercise. Get 30-45 min of exercise a day 5 days a week, 2 days rest. Eat healthy 5-6 days a week and the remaining days eat junk if you have to but still make sure you stay within calorie limits of maintenance. Also drink a lot of water.
