Topic: what is the easiest way to loose weight?
June 19, 2019 / By Bell Question:
I have half a dozen children and I simply do not have the time to go to the gym. I walk with my kids and eat right, but that alone is simply not helping me to loose weight. I appriciate any suggestions.

It’s no so much about eating less and more so about what you’re eating. Don’t get me wrong too much of anything is not good but you don’t want to starve yourself! Starving yourself will do you more harm than good!
In order to lose weight, you must create a calorie deficit. It is easier and healthier to cut back your calorie intake a little bit at a time. Every 3,500 calories is equivalent to one pound. So, if you cut back 500 calories a day, you should lose about one pound per week. That said, If you exercise to burn off 500 calories a day you should lose approximately one pound per week. Do both, and ... you get the picture?
Your weight loss will vary from week to week and at times you may even gain a little weight -- if you're working out you could be developing muscle, which weighs more than fat.
The long-term results are what matters.
Healthy weight loss goal is to lose .5 to 2 pounds per week. Losing more than 2 pounds per week will mean the weight is less likely to stay off permanently. Never cut back to fewer than 1,200 daily calories without medical supervision.
make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
switch from pouring your cereal straight from the box to using a measuring cup to cut your cereal calorie count in half
decaf coffee is a great low calorie fluid when you re having cravings and a great source of antioxidants
oats are your friends eating a cup of oatmeal in the morning will prevent you from gorging in the afternoon

Hey hun! Yes you can, but generally not a good idea if you don't want to be hospitalised and suffer with unbearable stomach cramps! Seriously babes, I wouldn't say it was worth the trouble - I know being committed to excersise and healthy eating isn't always easy, but it's the best and safest way to lose weight! Eating breakfast every morning will help to lose weight, as will eating a small meal every four hours, and not eating food after 7pm. Find an excersise that suits you, that you enjoy (even walking the dog a little further every day will do the trick!), and try your hardest to stick to that! It'll soon become fun, and you'll feel better for it - taking the lazy option and using laxatives will make you ill and weak, and the extreme would be you losing the ability to pass stools on your own (without the help of laxatives).. And that's not cool! All the best of luck in becoming the size you want to be, and please, be careful! Hope that was of some help babes!! xxxx
