Question: I am looking to loose about 10-15 lbs ....but the catch is I want to get rid of as much of it as i can by the middle of May... My question is, is this possible? ...and does anyone have any good diet pill recommendations who knows that they work first hand? Thankss.

I'm sorry but there are no good diet pills. You can give Hoodia a try if you like as it is one of the least harmful things out there (as much as we know about it anyway). In general diet pills do not work. A healthy weight loss is no more than 2 pounds per week. You can do that by maintaining a 1500 calorie diet and exercises vigorously for 30 minutes a day. Stay healthy.

There USED TO BE "diet pills" that worked. BUT, the FDA got involved & banned ephedra. So now all the "ephedra free" diet pills that are on the market are junk. Your best bet is portion control, eat 5-6 times and drink at least 10 glasses of water per day. Meal 1: B'fast - Carbs & Protein Meal 2: Snack - Protein Meal 3: Lunch - Protein & Low Carbs Meal 4: Snack - Protein Meal 5: Dinner - Protein & Low/Minimal Carbs (i.e. salad, veggies, etc) Meal 6: Snack - before bed, Protein - NO Carbs!!! Remember the first 2 weeks of a diet are the hardest. After that everything becomes routine & your body will adjust

Let me warn you that doing diets and diet pills do no good. What you need to do is just get on a sensible eating program, the glycemic index program is what you need and you won't have to ever diet again. (www.prevention.com)

Its possibal, but NO diet pills will work there are a few exceptional pills but you'll be LITTERLY stupid if you take them the ones that do work takes away the fat in your brain which people need to think. i suggest seeing a docter, exercising exery day with a balanced diet. this is the best way.

no diet pills work. Just exercise ,drink water and green tea. Green tea makes your metabilism faster, drink like 2 glasses a day.

Phentermine is a good diet pill. You need a prescription for it. I wouldnt reccomend taking it without a prescription.

99% of all diet pills out there, Kristen, are phony. I suggest you start on exercise routine, at your own pace, modify your daily diet, and totally avoid those fancy looking containers you see on shelves of drugstores & supermarkets.
