Don't buy any of those diet programs you see online! They keep charging your credit card and they keep sending you tons of pills, even if you only signed up for the "free" trial. It's damn near impossible to cancel the service, anyway.
The acai pill diet (and those other fat-flush diets on the net) are basically just acai pills and pills that make you go to the bathroom (basically just laxatives, which can give you irritable bowel syndrome if you use too many).
Go to the health food store and buy a bottle of acai pills. Acai is a healthy antioxidant. Couple that with more fresh fruits and vegetables. The natural fibers and enzymes will help you eliminate wastes from your system and help you lose weight.
Also, be careful with those Alli pills. They make you incapable of processing certain types of fats, so you just eliminate them. But once you stop taking Alli pills, your body continues to process them. You basically will have to take Alli pills for the rest of your life to gain permanent weight loss benefits.
All in all, don't use weight loss pills. They aren't any good for permanent weight loss.
I was really skeptical about using the Maqui berry, but once I tried it I was amazed. I have been using it for two months now and it not only helps me lose weight, but it has also made me feel much better overall health wise. There is more info at the website below.
not only will you get in some exercise you re less likely to choose something unhealthy after a little movement
I tried it - no. Alli is the one that does work becaue that actually absorbs a quarter of the fat you eat and passes it through.
