Question: What is the fastest way to gain weight i dont want any dumb answers saying eat burger king or anything stupid. Like the do the weight gaining supplements really work? Any advice on this would help alot. I have already been going to the gym and lifting but im stuck and cant gain any more so... yeah help

My husband went from 140 to 185 using Protein powder shakes and a pre workout formula. He couldn't gain weight any other way. Check out a health and nutrition store near you and see what you can find. Speak with the staff they can be very helpful.

junk food is not gonna make u gain weight, youll actually get skinnier that way. junk food has no protein and good fat in it, just empty calories that help u in no way. eat well, with LOTS OF NUTS. nuts are extremely good for u, plus they have lots of GOOD fat in them. GOOD fat is GOOD to have, eat lots of nuts and veggies and ull be healthier, feel better, and when u gain weight, itll be GOOD weight hahaa

Since I assume you want muscle wait you are going to want to lift more than occasionally. Your best bet in that case is creatine. Extremely fast. However you have to be very careful. Its not dangerous as long as you follow the directions, but it does have some side effects you should research and consider before doing so. If you decide against... proteins, fats and lots of lifting should help. Also note that some people are just not meant to gain weight. Your body's frame and genetic code has a certain limit. Some people just cannot gain muscle weight.

I don't have any answers for you exactly, I'm in the same boat afterall. Are you trying to put on muscle or just weight.. If it's weight, stop running, eat a lot of carbs, stuff like that. If it's muscle, well, I'm currently looking into creatine. From what I've read it's not harmful but I think it's something that requires a good amount of research before trying.

If you live in the states.. Muscle Milk.. :) Eat stuff that is at least over 500 calories.. like noodles.. 726 calories.. (i think, not exactly guaranteed that much) :D Hope you gain the weight you need! Good luck

It's not going to happen quick, it's going to take time. You should have no problems gaining muscle if you are on the proper diet and working out correctly. -Connor
