Question: not as a diet to lose weight but as more longterm like a lifestyle change? should i add some carbs too (e.g. rice) or will the carbs from fruits & veges be enough?

Look up jello cranberry mold on the internet and just have fun adding and subtracting ingredients till you get one better than your Grandma"s. Most importantly have fun and put love into it.

No, please do not eat all that junk and natural stuff. People grow more intelligent and slim if you add the sugars, sweets and the hamburgers to your diet.

It is okay to leave the bubbles until you clean your bowl. I tried to respond with some links to your comment on the other question but my 300 word limit from my earlier answer made it come up short. It's a little tricky to breed Bettas. I tried it and the female just kept getting too beat up. At the time, I didn't know that she would show bars on her sides when she was ready to mate. Also, I didn't know that it was best to put their containers side by side or otherwise introduce them through a barrier at first in order to promote the barring. From what I understand, you can keep several females together. It is rare to be able to keep a female with a male, even if there are plenty of hiding places for her. The babies will need a special food source that you can grow yourself. I'll give you some links that detail the whole process. Good luck with Guppy and bride!
