Topic: Why cant I poo correctly am I constipated?

Im 16 155 pounds 6 foot 1. I work out 2 hours a day. My diet includes 1 and a 1/2 servings of whey protein 2 energy drinks lots of water lots of veggies and fruits and lean meats. i don't drink much milk. i eat fiber rich foods. how am I constipated. Ive been constipated for a couple days and the day before I wasn't pooing that much.

It's good that you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle although i wouldn't use the protein supplements. I'm 16 too and I prefer to stay away from protein supplements because you can get along fine without them. Furthermore, protein supplements are known to sometimes cause constipation, another reason to not use them. Your lean meats and healthy diet should be good enough for you. Hope this helps!
You need to workout your rectus muscles more. They're weak (haha i'm kidding)
Try adding more fiber into your diet.
This can come in the form of oatmeal (old fashioned oats is best), prunes (high in fiber, but also in sugar), fiber bars (watch the sugar in these), soy beans (9 grams fiber, 11 grams protein in 1/2 cup, and they are sooo good lol), other veggie's and stuff
If you are still constipated after getting a lot of fiber, then you could always try a supplement such as benefiber
Too much protein. Try more fibre like a bran cereal or eating dates and drinking hot water. This should help.
