Question: high fiber diet- two fiber pills a day, several fruits, lots of bread sauna visits 4 times a week jogging 4 times a week

Yeah, totally. The fibre as well as the antioxidants you'll be eating (In place of unhealthy foods) will help to detoxify your body and help it lose weight faster. And going to the sauna helps you sweat out similar toxins that clog up your body. The bread will be good - only if it's whole grain. There is a lot of carbs in bread which are generally counterproductive to losing weight. Definitley no to white bread. But whole wheat bread will add more to the fibre. Add some exercise to this plan, and I'd say you're all set. Best of luck

Exercise would recommend it. But it would require extreme measures! Don't eat weight reducing tablets it has many side effects! 1. Step Aerobics 2. Bicycling 3) Swimming 4) Jogging for 30 to 60 minutes each day. 5) Push ups, and other forms of weight training are essential to developing lean muscle. Lean muscle is more dense than fat, so it takes up less room while weighing a bit more. However, having lots of lean muscle allows you to have a faster metabolism, which is also good for weight loss. 6) Drink lots of water 7) Have organic foods in the morning for breakfast. I suggest things like apples, bananas, tomatoes, carrots, wild smoked salmon, etc. 8) Lay on the floor, and put your feet under the couch and do sit-ups. 9) Go on a diet. Hope it helped!

I Was Always Thinking It Might Have Been The Other Way Around Because After Excersing It Will Still Allow You To Sweat Weight Off, But It Will Relax You You Can Try It How Ever You Want Bro. But The Above is What I Do, and It Works GREAT For Me!
