Now i work 24/7 and don't have time to do like anything, i go to 3 diff. schools and work 2 jobs and have a daughter that was just born. My problem is im not fat at all but i have gotten a small belly from not running and working out and stuff. I was wondering if any fat burners actually work and if they are safe to use. I only need to speed up my metabolism because i have started eating better.

I vaccinate my dogs (not cats) every 3 years for rabies only as required by law here. I personaly think it's styupid becuase immunidty shows over 7 years. Dogs' & cats' immune systems mature fully at 6 months. If a modified live virus (MLV) vaccine is given after 6 months of age, it produces an immunity which is good for the life of the pet (i.e. canine distemper, parvo, feline distemper)(15- p35, 20, 21, 23) Modified live virus vaccines must replicate to stimulate the immune system. If another MLV vaccine is given, the antibodies from the first vaccine block the replication of the new virus. The actively acquired immunity in effect neutralizes the antigens of second vaccine, and there is little or no effect. (8,15,16,19,23a,23c) The titer (level of immunity) is not "boosted" nor are memory cells expanded. Not only are annual boosters for parvo and distemper unnecessary (6), they subject the pet to the potential risk of adverse reactions like allergic reactions, Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (4, 21) (a disease where the dog rejects its' own blood) and Injection Site Fibrosarcomas for cats. The AVMA Council on Biologic and Therapeutic Agents has stated: There is no scientific documentation to back up label claims for annual administration of modified live virus vaccines. A series of vaccinations is recommended starting at 8 weeks and given 3 - 4 weeks apart up to 16 weeks of age. Another MLV vaccination given sometime after 6 months of age (usually at 1 year & 4 months) will provide lifetime immunity (15, 20, 21, 23) If a dog or cat bites someone and is not vaccinated, it must be quarantined in a licensed facility. Rabies vaccine is highly recommended for your pets protection. This is a killed vaccine. Killed vaccines provide a shorter duration of immunity than MLV (19). Duration of immunity for rabies vaccine has been shown to be at least 7 years.(23b)

The laws in each state determine the need & frequency of the Rabies shots. Here in NM a pup get his first rabies shot at 6 months & then a again at 1 year, the next is a 3 yr vaccine.

If you are looking for some sort of pill/herb/tea/supplement stop right now. None of them work, they are all just ripoffs. Losing fat will be hard with your busy schedule, but it will be possible. There are 4 things that keep your metabolism up: Frequent eating HIIT Weight Lifting Rest For diet, make sure to drink 1 gallon of water a day. Space your food into out between 5-6 meals per day. This will keep your metabolism up. (time - should be about the same) Look up High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a type of workout that is usually applied to running or other aerobic activities. It combines short periods of moderate intensity with even shorter periods of maximum intensity. It burns more fat than standard 30-45 minute cardio sessions and it takes up less time, too. HIIT works wonders because not only does it burn more calories than standard cardio, but it continues to burn calories at the end of the day. I normally don't recommend it on YA because most people here are 13 and would totally mess up with HIIT. (time - 3 sessions per week, no more than 25 minutes including warm up and cool down) If you can manage to go to the gym 3 times a week for less than an hour each time, you should try Starting Strength. It's a great, simple, and most of all effective program. Weight lifting builds muscle (which burns calories) and weight lifting itself increases your metabolism for the day. (time - 3 sessions per week, less than an hour each) Make sure you get as much sleep as your body needs. It's going to be extremely hard with a baby, 2 jobs, and school, but sleep is very important. Your progress will be exponentially better if you get a decent night's sleep every night. (time - 8 hours per night, if you can manage)

the three best ones are hydroxycut, lipo 6, and xenodrine, but they should be used only if you are working out as well, if you don't work out it will burn up muscle tissue rather than fat. they are safe as long as you exercise while using them and you dont have a negative reaction to caffeine (they all have some in it, but usually only about a cup of coffee worth of caffeine).

A metabolism = digesting, getting nutrition from the food. The metabolism process goes like this: Eat apple (For example) Goes down your throat Stays in your stomach for 30 mins - 4 hours (Depending on how much you've eaten) Enters small intestine Pancreas and kidney's help you absorb the nutrition's The remains enter your large intestine to become poop, while it passes through there, water gets sucked up. Then it reaches your rectum. Being physically active speeds up this process! Best wishes/Miranda
