Question: Today I will be eating 1 Thomas' Bagel Thin (110 calories) Strawberries, Mangoes, Pineapples Coffee Diet green tea 100 calorie snack size bag of microwavable popcorn 1 cucumber For dinner--- we're making teriyaki chicken wraps.. but we cook healthy at home and don't add a bunch of oil or butter or anything. Does this sound like a good way to lose weight?

You are going to lose weight but your diet sounds a bit odd, I mean its great things to eat when you are on a slim fast milkshake diet, but I suggest you get some higher protein in there somewhere so you can supply your body with some extra energy, and add something green in there somewhere, you know some sort of vegetable. But besides that, it looks like you know what you're doing, and you are losing weight healthy, which is good.

depends on your weight and age, and how much do you want to lose? are you exercising? How long are you going to do this? Everyday? a month? Needs more information. I personally eat 330 calories every hour, consuming bout 2.6k calories a day, but i workout and burn an average of 500 calories every other day. Also i eat high in protein about 120 grams of protein a day becuz of my weight. (Depending on your weight, you should consume the same amount for protein. To keep it easy weight = protein therefore, 120 pounds = 120 grams of protein. high in fiber too. I believe i consume about 15-30 if not more fiber per meal. Low in sugar. my meals usually consume 2 grams of sugar or less. i only drink water or non fat milk. In addition, you should eat 2 fruits a day. so 2 apples or whatever. That is about it i think. Fact: it takes 3.5k calories to burn 1 pound.
