Question: As long as I take a daily vitamin and don't work out too hard? I have a class reunion coming up and I really need to lose some weight. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Krys Fasting can be used to loose weight but you just have to be very careful when you are doing it. The best way to loose weight like this in a quick manner would be to eat very small meals and to eat them every 4 to five hours. This is something that I have done in the past to loose weight and it has actually worked. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and to stay away from all those sugar drinks because they will keep the weight on you. How fast do you need to loose the weight? You should be able to loose the weight that you want if you add in plenty of cardio exercises.

Well you won't really lose any actual weight, if that's your goal. But yes, you could be anywhere from 2-5 pounds lighter on the scales depending on how much water you drink. And your stomach will look thinner too because it won't be stretched out holding food.

It is an 'easy' way of losing weight, but not really fast. It takes a few weeks for your body to remove/digest it's fat stores. Also, if you add a little lemonjuice and pinch of cayenne pepper, it can help make you feel like you've eaten. This can be very dangerous, and you should do minimal exertion if doing this. If you are trying to lose weight quickly, try something like an all fruit and veggie (no potatoes! and preferably raw or steamed) diet, eating 6 mini meals (almost a fist size) a day and drinking heaps of water (water only). Beware of the...flatulence... that will ensue, and don't stay on that diet for more than a couple weeks. If you get really hungry, try having a small amount of oats with fruit and low fat soy milk (preferably soy, but go cows if you must) in the morning. As always, no diet (weight-loss diet) will ever be truly successful if you have to get off it. An overall healthy eating plan is best to consider.

It's not healthy, plain and simple. You could hurt your body. If you're determined on doing that, eat something small once a day, something 'lite'. If you're wanting to lose 20 pounds or something, just dress in black or something. If you're wanting to lose something like 5lbs, you should be fine. Don't go for over 4 days or so without eating, (I'm including you drinking water in this). Your body'll handle it, but it'll put too much strain on it. I think you should just go as is, be happy with your body. If you're even worrying about weight, it should be because it's complicating your health.

You know what will help you lose weight? A healthy diet and exercise; and it'll be permanent weight loss. Why would you want to starve yourself? You need food to live; it's not bad for you. Stick to the outer perimeter of your grocery store, and go for lean meats, fish and eggs, non-fat milk, and lots of vegetables for snacks; also, you can eat yogurt and non-fat cheeses, and fruits, and small quantities of nuts/seeds. Become friends with seasoning and ease up on the sauce/dressing. Exercise 5-7 days, and you have to get cardio! You will feel energized rather than tired, and look great.

Water fasting certainly works but it is very unhealthy and you are likely to regain all your lost weight. For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise. Supper needs to be abolished as supper calories are even more fattening than dinner calories as you don't burn them up with most of the day behind you. Breakfast calories are the least fattening followed by lunch calories as you burn them up with most of the day ahead of you. Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help. Foods or drinks such as coke and other soft drinks, desserts, sweets, cakes, cookies or biscuits must be eliminated or substantially reduced. Cereals must be restricted to those that contain less than 15% total sugars and junk sugar loaded foods such as pizzas must be avoided. Junk sugar bowls must be abolished. Oatmeal, oat bran, wheat bran and wheat germ are good cereals that can help for weight loss. Junk sugar health hazards are discussed in a web search for "sugar health hazards". The natural sugars in fruit and vegetables are OK as they metabolise to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content so they have a low to medium GI value. Fruit and vegetables are low in calories and are not fattening. Most fruit and vegetables are metabolism boosting foods and that helps for weight loss. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are exceptions and can be fattening. Fattening combinations that you need to avoid include combinations of protein foods (such as eggs, meat, poultry, sea food, cheese and nuts) with starchy carbohydrates (such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and corn). Apparently the Lemon Detox Diet is the worst diet there is as in a web search for "lemon detox diet" + voted + worst.
