Question: I am 6'1 189 and i'm not fat, but i got some over my abs that i've been trying to get for years. i found a routine that worked and i saw fat melt away, but then all the sudden something stopped and my body fat stayed the same………… IT'S FRUSTRATING. i want abs for the first time in my life and i can start to see them, but here i am stuck. i will never starve my body so what's the best way? broccoli and water and tons of cardio??

Starve = NONONONONONO Body fat is your stored complex carbohydrates. But, over time, when you max out your fat cells, they start to reproduce, or persuade other cells to become fat cells to continue storing fat. Once you have these fat cells, they NEVER leave. you can only make the lipids get smaller. Cardio is NOT the way to go. Sure it helps lose the pounds, but when doing cardio, your body immediatly goes into your carbohydrate reserves rather than your fat reserves. inclined walking can dip in the reserves and also physical exercises in general will dip into the fat reserves. Now that is said, let's move onto abs. Abs are a strange muscle to work out becuase they are very diet based (since the body enjoys starting to store it's visible fat there). You need a VERY good diet plan, less sat fats, no trans fats, high protien, in order to make your BMI (body mass index) go down. Because abs are this way, you need to dip into your fat reserves first. you can do this by doing ab exercises. bycicles and supermans work well. Remember, a good diet is: Little to no sat fats, no trans fats. Unsaturated fats are the good ones, within moderation. Protiens are very good in fish, which gives you the good amino acids. (nuts have good fats too). Avoided carbohydrates, but not completely. You still want carbs for the hard workouts when you skip over to your long energy reserves. and VITAMINS! get 100% errday

No everyone is different. The first place generally you lose wait from is your face and unfortunately your breasts. You need to tone certain areas to lose weight off them. the hardest place being your thighs. Theres some really good excersises to help target certain areas though and their really easy

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

Do 20-30 mins of cardio day. Running on a treadmill or outdoors is fine. Stay away from the bad carbs which are: Bad carbs: White rice, white pasta, white potato, white bread. Good carbs: Brown or wholegrain rice, wholegrain pasta, sweet potato, wholegrain bread. Do not eat ANY carbs 4 hours before you go to bed, otherwise it will just turn straight to fat, and you'll be defeating the goal. Stay away from all sugars too. Eat 5 balanced meals every 2-3 hours, with portions of carbs and protein around the size of the palm of your hand to speed up your metabolism. Drink 2 liters of water a day also, that helps with a low percentage of weight loss when trying to loss weight and plus you'll look totally healthy too with glowing skin!
