Slimerex is an herbal one that worked well for me. Before i got pregnant was taking them everyday along with exercising. I was loosing great slowly which is good to do so that you keep it off. You also want to take a close look at your diet before you decide you even need a diet pill

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat. Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings. Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Hi I just wanted to let you know about my experience I've made with a pill: I bought the diet pill Proactol, after seing a friend of mine loosing 30 pounds in 2 1/1 months. She didn't experience any side effects at all, and was still eating the same as before. Then I got the pills myself, and the same thing happened to me. I lost about 28 pounds without dieting at at all during those 3 months. Also no side-effects. There is quite a number of diet pills on the market also can help you achieve the same results but i will recommend you Proactol as the choice if you really want to take pills. But according to health research, control diet and exercise is still the best choice!! A couple weeks ago, there was an article in Britains newspaper #1 the "Telegraph" and Proactol has been reviewed as the best weight loss pill on the market. Check out the site if you want to find out more about Proactol http://www.pro-actol.info

In a medical report that I have seen the top 5 diet pills were listed as being Orovo Detox, ZCA Stack, Phentermine (prescription only), Hamcho Slim and Hoodia Chaser. Surprisingly only one prescription pill (Phentermine) made it into the top 5.

There is no magic pill. Period. There are things that could maybe enhance your dieting, but nothing that will make the pounds drop away. Some examples are: cayenne, hoodia, CLA, and good old fiber. Always as your Dr. or at least do some research on any type of supplement you take.

Trying eating raw fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of water,no fried foods, eat chicken, turkey and fish, keep your sugar intake down, and make your carbs whole wheat or multigrain. Diet pills are a temporary fix, and almost everyone gains the weight back. It's best just to live your life through a healthy diet and exercise.

No way. weight loss application pills have been examined and that they make contributions to untimely turning out to be older. Like, you will get wrinkles early and your hair gets gray earlier, too. They in particular assist you to unfastened water weight, which will come surprising back. average, they seem to be a bad selection, no longer helping a lot along with your weight, and destructive your well being all mutually.

none of the diet pills over the counter are going to work. the only thing that works is phentermine. you can get it by prescription.

No means. Food regimen tablets were demonstrated they usually contribute to untimely aging. Like, you will get wrinkles early and your hair will get grey previous, too. They probably support you free water weight, so that it will come right again. Overall, they're a nasty alternative, now not helping much with your weight, and unsafe your well being all together.
