Question: i would like to lose 20 pounds.i am currently 195 pounds and am 14 years old. i know!!! why would i let myself get like this? i dont know. i play three sports a year. so exercise is not a problem. i need to eat right but living with a family who is kinda over weight themselves it doesnt help because they buy all the fatening foods. do you have any idea how to eat right? any tips on making my goal?

it's not easy to lose weight by saying you want to lose weight.you must turn into actions. 1st..cut the calories.maybe it's not easy to do that with your family buying all the fatty food but you don't have to eat them.stay away and i mean as far away from the fatty food.try not to even look at them because once you do, your hand will do the action taking piece by piece of that chips. 2nd..more veges and fruits.choose your favorites and eat them for snacks instead of anything else on and empty stomach.they will help a lot!!seriously..you will not be hungry and feels better too. 3rd..avoid eating late.do not eat after 8pm.it will give time for your body to digest everything you ate before.if you do get hungry,snack on fruits.a small one like orange not a heavy one as banana. these are the 3 early steps that i am doing right now to lose weight and it works.hope it will too with you:)best of luck

You can lose 5-20 pounds in a week, it wont be healthy and when you come off your diet your probably balloon to an even bigger size as your body prepares for another stupidly insane fast. You should only be looking to lose 1-2 pounds of fat any more will be due muscle waste (muscle also helps burn fat). You have 11 days to lose weight so you will probably be able to lose 3 pounds. My advise pop some diet pills and report back im interested in how much a person could physically lose within that time.

First off quit beating yourself up if you are. This must stop first and do not compare yourself to others. For I have been in body building for years and I only compete against myself and let the judges decide the outcome and thankfully they have voted me first place in my last show. So I know what I am talking about. The toughest thing for you is going to be able to eat enough. At your age you need to eat. Now as for how to eat many people do not know how to eat and that is why they have extra pounds on themselves. You will need to eat 5 to 6 times a day. The first thing you need to never touch are Sugar, White Floor, and the most dangerous is High Fructose Corn syrup ie no more soda. Now your first three meals of the day will be protien and a complex carb, the last 2 or three will be a protien and green veggie. Now as for fruit, no more grapes or bananas to much sugar. Here is a list of foods to eat and on the 7th day of every week have a cheat day and eat what ever you want all day, as time goes on you will end up making it a healthy day because of how you feel after eating junk. These are the foods to eat. Meat, fish, chicken, turkey eggs(whites) green veggies nuts brown rice sweet potatos ezekiel bread( i only eat this brand) all fruits but bananas and grapes eat every three hours and only snack on fruit between first couple of meals on empty stomach do not eat with other foods for it will hinder proper digestion, i eat a apple every day between meal 2 and 3 for an example. now do your cardio, i walk on tread mill in the morning for only 30min do this right when get out of bed if you can on an empty stomach and this will improve your weight loss. hope this helps you out, and your goal should be 2 to 3 lbs a week and dont keep getting on the scale. Use the mirror and how your cloths feel instead of a scale. And remember it takes time I take 4 months to diet for a competition so dont get frustrated if it takes time. well im on a diet and so far what i have been eating is working quite well..i already lost 2 pounds in a week..i know not a lot but when the pounds add up in a month you'd be surprised at how much you lost. breakfast: scrambled eggs with bowl of fresh fruit orange juice for drink. Lunch: some salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing. and water for drink. Snack:get a bunch of fresh fruit to make a fruit salad with little bit of low fat whipped topping, you don't wanna over do it though, maybe 1 tablespoon. Dinner:try making a homemade soup with fresh veggies and for drink water! :]

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results. Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in a day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad Good luck:)

I'm going to tell you how I lost about 45 lbs. I used diet pills, taken 2-3 times a day before meals, and ran 2 miles a day before bed after eating supper. I ate the best I could (healthy choice) or progressive soups in a can..and snacked between meals with healthy stuff when the pains hit hard!!!! Also started to drink diet pop instead of sugar pop, and cut down on beer drinking to about 6-8 beers per week and only on weekends. If you snack between meals during the day it tricks your body into burning fat all the time. Also if taken before meals the diet pills will help you feel more full so you don't get the pains as often. Oh yeah (avoid sugar and bad carbs at all cost). If you can maintain this schedule you should be good for about 40 lbs. in 90-120 days, especially if you are overweight like I was because the water weight will fall off, like 10-15 lbs. in the first 2-3 weeks.
