Question: hey. im a 17 year old guy who weighs 69kg and is 5"7 tall. I would like to lose some weight (especially on my stomach area) and i was wondering if doing 20 minutes jogging, 30 minutes bouncing on a trampoline and 20 minutes doing fast paced walking each day for 5-6 days a week would help me to lose weight? If not please suggest some improvements to my plan. Thanks a lot !! oh i am also planning to reduce my daily callory intake to 1800 a day and i plan to eat more fruit and veg each day. apparently only drinking water is also very good for you so i may also try this :) thanks

I am literally the same weight and almost the same height 5 11. Bur the most important thing is your diet. It is all about portions and nutrition. For the exercise, cardio is best for losing weight.
