How do i do this diet plan??? Will this worK for me I am very large????? HELP!!!!?

23 yrs old
very active 6-7 times a day
i got the results on how much i would lose but i don't understand how to read the chart!! Can you type in my info and when the results come up CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN IT TO ME!!! What is a calorie deficit????? THANKS.
and I KNOW900 cals is low so i dont need any advice as to weather anything is healthy or not can someone just tell me how to read the chart!?!?! pleease!

It shows your calorie and weight "stats" beggining each new week if you follow what you say you will do. For example, if you do that, in 1 week, you would weigh 273.59 pounds and each day you would burn, or use 3,450.14 on that 1st week, which equals a deficit of calories of 2550.14 per day since you would eat only 900 calories.
However, it is not completely accurate, as there are many other factors to consider. If you are 278 pounds don't just start eating only 900 calories a day. If you do this, you probably will loose a little, but because you are used to so much food, you will eventually gain it back. Also, eating that little slows your metabolism. If you are 278 pounds, and want to loose weight, think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet, because diets don't work, lifestyle changes do. If you do intense workouts every day and eat only 900 calories, you won't be able to do this that long, and when you finish, you will gain the weight, plus more weight back. I would recommend to gradually loose weight. Exercise moderately, and do things you don't hate. Also, maybe eat 1900 calories instead of 900. Trust me, what you are doing might get you to loose weight, but eventually you will end up gaining even more.
calorie deficit = number of calories you should be eating in a day to lose fat.
but where did you find this crap its confusing and those guys dont look like they know anything about losing wieght i mean look at them!
anyways to save all your trouble on this i think the best way for you to lose wieght is to do weightwatchers. im 19 years old and so far have lost 7.6 lbs average 2-3 lbs. a week. im not tryin to advertise it to ppl im just happy something is finally working for me and it might work for you too
If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs
