I lost 30lbs on the South Beach Diet and never felt hungry, deprived, or tired while doing it! I've kept the weight off for a year now. I lost the first 10lbs in two weeks.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

The best diet I have been on...that really works...this is amazing! The only diet that actually works...eating healthy and exercising! I know amazing, right? Who would ever think that would actually work? Sorry for the sarcastic tone but it's true. There is nothing better than exercise and limiting your intake of gross stuff like cakes, cookies, and double whoppers with cheese. I have been doing it for nearly 3 years. I have dropped over 30 pounds (doesn't seem like alot but it is when you take into account the pounds of muscle I gained to get lightly toned and into account that I wasn't over weight in the first place then it's pretty darn good)...but most of it I lost within a few months and I can't lose anymore because I am at my minimum weight for my height..now I just continue to maintain it. It took me only a couple weeks to notice a difference. And now I feel great and look great. So, seriously...if you work at exercising and eating healthy, I guarantee you that will be the best diet ever and it will work if you keep at it! Good luck!

I ate beets,beans,and tuna in water. for lunch, and split pea soup with tuna dumped in it for dinner. I drank water and coffee.This was a very low fat diet and I lost alot of weight in 3 weeks.It may be hard to eat these foods but it worked for me.And its all I ate .I ran at night too., and lifted every 3 days.The change was noticeable in 3 days.I couldnt keep eating like this for long, but it worked.I tried to continue lowfat after and was pretty successful .My menu expanded though.

Get that metabolism goin' playa! 5-6 small meals a day with some good fiber (vegetables, whole grains), some protein (meat, milk, eggs). Since you trying to lose weight fast, watch the calorie intake and the fat intake. Excercise a bit more also!
