I have been on acomplia for about 6 weeks and they work by telling a receptor in your brain not to eat so much, you still get hungry but cant eat no where near as much. it is available on prescription in the UK but my doc wouldnt prescribe it for me so I got it from www.onlineclinic.co.uk it was £300 for 3 months supply. I have lost 12 and a half pound so it is going quite well. I have since found a generic version on the internet for slimona which is the same thing but about £100 for 17 weeks supply. I have also tried xenical which abstract a large amount of fat from what you eat, these are also quite effective but can be inconvienient at work, as you are always needing to go pooh, and the pooh is very greasy and wont flush away. Hope this helps a little.

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit

At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more

Don't take a diet pill! Be patient with your body. Lose the weight healthfully. It will be better for you in the long run, and you'll be happy you did it. Diet pills can be dangerous. Losing weight won't happen over night, so just give it time. And who knows, maybe you could lose 20 pounds in 2-3 months, the healthy way!
