October 18, 2019 / By Kandi Question:
I had a baby in july and gained some weight. I have lost most of it, but I am getting married in October and I am wanting to loose between 50-60 pounds. Is it possible to lose this amount by this October. I walk for one hour every day but Sunday, but I am not sure about how to going about dieting. I have started to drink 64 oz of water a day and cut out all sodas. I also stop eating after 8:30. Any advice? Please feel free to share any weight loss stories you have as well. Thanks all!!!

Check out Weight Watchers. It's the most amazing weight loss program ever. I started in May 2007 and I've lost 55 pounds. You don't have to cut anything out of your diet, it mainly teaches accountability. It truly is the healthiest, most logical weight loss plan there is. Check it out. www.weightwatchers.com
Good luck and congrats on the baby! I started 2 months after my son was born. I gained 50 lbs in my pregnancy so I had to do something!

First off you do not have to spend any money at all to get health and shed a few extra pounds. Anyone that says you need to spend money is either after your money or is on some kind of scam.
Weight loss and getting in good shape is just eating a little less and being a little more active.
Walk more, drive less. If you drive, park 5 minutes walk away form your destination...
About the eating; nothing special is going to shed the weight, so eat what you normally eat, just a bit less. Less fat in meals will instantly help with weight loss.
All these gimmicks and spending money we don't have and don't actually need to spend really make me mad.
My GF and I go for a long walk (30 minutes) every night - rain or sine after out evening meal. If you search on Zuzana on YouTube, she has some excellent exercises you can do at home They all work in getting you beach ready!
Best wishes, RR
The main thing is, you need to burn calories. Cardio exercises are the main things you should focus on. (Running, swimming, and my favorite, taking cycling classes - they burn 600 calories in an hour!) You'll probably need to go on some sort of diet, even if it means cutting back on certain fatty foods.
With the right mind set, you could definitely lose the weight. Good luck! :)
