I'm 13 and about 200 ish pounds, (my scale is broke so I don't know for sure it's 190-205) and i NEED to lose some weight so I can wear shorts that look good on me. I have huge thighs and a huge stomach with big arms and I really need to lose some. I'm trying to do it without my parents figuring out ; any easy ways I could do it in my room ? Good excersizes? I don't go to the gym. It's winter almost spring. Help, please. <\\3

you've probably heard this before but any easy way isnt the best as it will make you gain weight back.
i have lost 50lbs and what i done was cut out ALL junk food, do not eat white bread - try not to eat any bread but if you must ( weakness for me) brown bread is the best, no white pasta or rice, don't eat a lot of dairy products, try to drink almond milk instead of regular milk, cut down sugar - count all sugar ( especially fruit- its really high!).
start moving more. if you take the bus to school, get off a few stops before your normal one so you will walk further- burning more calories, jillian michaels is a SAINT when it comes to weight loss and getting your body to the best way possible - look up the 30 day shred she does on youtube they work so well and they're only 22 minutes long.
count calories for the start so you know how much you should be eating. stick to around 1300 calories.
fashion and your friends are huge motivation for losing weight. for me seeing what they could wear and look cute in was a major motivator for me and pushed me to lose the weight and not to give in to temptation as i couldnt wait to be able to wear whatever i want and to shop in stores like forever 21 etc.
its so hard and its aggravating at times especially when your friends are eating fast food and candy and all you want is to eat it too but losing weight is the best thing you will ever do.
being healthy has made me so happy to a point where it is so worth it!

It all starts with a healthy diet and cutting out fizzy drinks! Take more water and fruit juices whilst eating smaller portions! Choose a less fattening pack of crisps and eat slower! Jogging is probably the best way I found and you don't need to jog solid jog for as long as you can then walk to get your breath then start jogging again rinse and repeat! The usual sit ups push ups and squats.. But planking helps build muscles in your stomach. Tryin to hide it from ur parents is a bad idea they cud help massively with ur diet as I assumed they make most of your meals and do the shopping tell them they wud be proud tht u hav made the decision to sort ur health!

how about you man up and do it the right way.
go hit the gym 4 times a week and the other 3 days go for a 45 min run.
if you are fat start slowly so your body gets use to it, do 2 min run 3 min walk for 30 mins and then gradually increase the running.
stop eating junk food and go for more organic foods, also instead of putting a whole bunch of food on your plate put a little and cut it up into a lot of pieces that way your tricking your mind to thinking that your eating the same amount of food when really your not.
