Question: im trying so hard to grow my body size. my body type is pretty small for an average 18 year old male and ive tried drinking supplement weight gainers but it barely helps in my pursue of gaining weight and increasing body size. As to my appetite, ive eat a normal amount per day, or so maybe. I can barely fit in a size s shirt. what should i eat or do to actually achieve atleast some increase in my body size?

I used to weight 130 lbs, I had boughten this Vince Delmonte program for like 70 bucks or so it was a good program but I didn't stick with it. Though basically the main thing to gain weight is to eat DOUBLE what you usually eat. Now I weigh 175 lbs. Though I did also quit smoking lol.

Hopefully this will be helpful. As someone in a similar situation (I've been around 140-160 at 6'2") since 18 (now 25), I've tried more or less anything I could get my hands on to try and bulk up without much result. All I can tell you is that with a healthy diet and regular exercise, if you're anything like me, you'll be able to manage your bulk better as you grow older. My best advice to you is to get the weightwatchers diet. You can eat any foos you like but you have to watch your calorie intake either by eating less or by eating more of low fat low calorie food. if you exercise you are allowed extra food so healthy lifestyle is rewarded. You would drop that dress size in 1-2 months on their diet. if you want to eat out they produce a little booklet with the point value for foods from each outlet so you can make the wisest choices. I have lost 4 stone in 10 months on this diet and have gone from size 22 to size 16. I eat whatever I want, I still have takeaways and eat out but I make healthier choices than before and watch my portion size to stay in my points allowance.
