Question: soo i weigh 120 pounds last time i checked nd im a 13 yr old girl. im a size 3 & 1 in jeans but i want 2 lose just like 5 pounds so i can fit perfectly in size 1 jeans && because i feel that my face is a lil bit fat...how can i lose about 5 to 10 pounds? thank you ohh nd i dnt want any type of mediaction or anythin..just tips

Cut out all junk food - it's loaded with calories and won't help you lose weight...at all. You could try meal replacement shakes - I've lost 5 kg in 3 weeks by having a healthy dinner followed by a meal replacement shake when I get hungry.
