Eat portions of food like the size of your fist. Yes that exact size. Drink one gallon of water a day. Breakfast and lunch very important meals. Dinner has to be smallest and 5 hours before sleep. No pasta, no potatoes, no tortillas, no bread, lets just say no startches for dinner. Also no diet soda or any kind of soda and sugar drinks. Eat more fruits and vegetables or even salad to get full. No snacks (besides fruits) means no chips, candy, and or chocolates. In a week you can even loose 2 pounds but you have to maintain the foods you eat. I was 171 three weeks ago and I am now 162 and still working on it. My success? Speaking to a weight loss and wellness Dr. I eat exactly as he told me and one gallon of water a day and every week he weights me. Like he said it is all up to us the problem is not loosing it is cutting down our portions and the types of food we eat. Hope this helps.

i'm afraid nothing..you'll lose your normal mental state, physical state then you'll be severely psychologically affected sensitively.. because you'll starve..are you perhaps trying to be on a "HUNGER STRIKE MODE"??.. Let me tell you, a story about ones body under such conditions.. since your stomach can't digest anything..the energy stored in your muscles will be used instead..that's why your arms would get thin.. when no energy can be burned off, the acid secreted by the stomach which we call the gastric acid will get intense especially when your stomach is highly acidic. Gastric juice are like HCL(muriatic acid), you know that?..it is the one use for cleaning bathrooms to destroy bacteria.. This gastric juice will burn off your stomach lining causing intense stomach pain which leads to what you call ULCER..(i bet you know that).. When that happens, you'll lose appetite and you can't eat whatever you want.. see what ms. EMMA said?..you'll get FAT, i mean FATTER..if you suddenly stop that hunger strike mode.. In short, you might lose weight but you'll lose your sanity.. just a friendly REMINDER..take it or leave it..^^
