Question: could you please tell me what i should buy at the store for breakfast amd lunch and snakcs and dinner that are healthy and i need many healthy dinners please...only think i know is chicken and salad...i need more to choose from please

ok, here are some of my advices. since i did it n i could lose weigth for about 5kgs in a month. how good is that. but before i give u my secret, u have to commit to ur self that you want live with healthy lifestyle. bfast. u can choose from eat wheat/grains bread with ur own choose of jam/spread but dun spread it too thick as most jam contain high level of sugar. as drink, u can hv low fat milk, tea or coffee. why not white bread? because it contains more carbohydrate than wheat/grains bread. if bored with bread, u can choose cereal. or an instant noodle once a week. if any of the food is not making you full, have an apple. lunch. you can eat whatever you want. since for lunch actually you need more calories for your daily life. but please have a ratio with your breakfast too. if you have big bfast then maybe fo ur lunch will be small or medium size. but if ur bfast quite small fo u theen go ahead for big lunch. dun forget fruit. ok, healthy food for lunch, can start from ur fav chicken and salad. but you also can help urself with grilled beed marinated with rosemary. or just a squeeze of lemon w some salt n pepper. or some cinnamon. it also can apply for pork. if you choose healthy then please buy the LEAN one. the vegies you can choose to have it as fresh salad or stirfried vegies with meat. other suggestion could be having steam fish. remember, deep fried meat/fish will contain high level of fat. wel, fo sure from the oil it self. but you have to njoy the life with having good food. so once or twice a week to have deep fried its ok. lets talk about diner. wel, maybe this one a bit though. i normally having a bowl of cereal with glass of juice and fruit. it makes me full already. but its all up to u./.... just dun forget to have an exercise too. its also important. wel at least 3 times a week for at least an hour. and walk for 10,000 steps a dday is good for ur heart also. wel, hope its usefull for u. gud luck

ok the good thing is that you have realized you wanna lose weight and you wanna do it in a healthy way.. congrats! you are on ur way to a more healthier you.. :) okie first of all remove rice and noodles from your diet.. if you wanna have you can have the whole grain version of pasta.. and as for meats have lean meats.. fish is the best.. and have more veggies and avoid fatty/greasy/sugary stuff.. maybe you can have one day a week where you can eat nething so that you dont cheat on the other days.. have a nice healthy breakfast.. maybe milk and cereal with fresh fruit or sth like that.. and start exercising.. if you have never exercised before i would recommend start with a 60 min walk.. then make it a brisk walk.. then slowly start jogging or running.. or else you could join an aerobics class.. or you could take up a sport you like or you could swim... you should also add weight training 2-3 days a week so that you can tone up your body.. this combination of controlling your diet and exercising will definitely lose the weight.. you should see a weight loss of around 1-2pounds per week if you follow this.. good luck!!!

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit

Id advise you to boy and eat some fresh vegetables or vegetable salad in the morning with breakfast along with a glass of milk. For lunch consume what ever you want don't consume heavy snacks in the evening as heavy snacks put on weight. As for dinner make it simple and not too complicated. If you dump your stomach and go to sleep you will put on a big tummy. Try consuming fresh food rather than preserved ones. Oh and try consuming fresh juices when you find time those really boost up your energy.

for breakfast you should always have eggs and/or eggwhites.Eggwhite omelets with veggies is delicious and healthy. Sprouted grain bread like ezekiel.Fish,fish and fish such as salmon and halibut.
