I think I'm constipated.?

I think I'm constipated.? Topic: I think I'm constipated.?

Question: I haven't been pooping normally lately. I usually poop like once a day if not more. But starting like two weeks ago I started pooping once every 2-3 days. And when I do it's diarrhea. Today though I haven't pooped at all and when I did only a little bit came out and I still feel like I need to poop and my stomach and butt hurt really bad. I don't have anything in the house that'll help so are there any home remedies? Or am I even constipated?

You are constipated for sure. You need to ensure that you do not have a stomach bug. Alternatively you need to evaluate your diet. How much fibre and are you consuming? Your diet needs to consist of high fibre foods such as fruit (apples, peaches, raspberries, tangerines, oranges, pears, prunes), vegetables (squash, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, spinach ) and bread, cereal and beans (peas, beans, cold whole-grain cereal (All-Bran, Total, Bran Flakes), hot whole-grain cereal (oatmeal), wheat or 7-grain bread. Another important addition to your lifestyle is regular exercise as this assists with regular bowel action. Remember that you need to have at least one bowel action per day. Your faeces should also float and not sink to the bottom and be rounded on one side and pointed at the other. There should also be no abnormal colour or traces of blood with the faeces, if so consult your GP.

She is probably just constipated. This can happen if they have had a lot of fiber in their diet and not enough water among other reasons but these are most common. I have the same problem with my dog from time to time. Usually a little bit of milk gets things softened up and going. Hope this helps.

Most dogs will be constipated at some time or another in their lives, and it's usually nothing to worry about. Simply put, constipation is an inability to empty the bowels by normal means. If your dog seems to be straining yet cannot pass a stool, or if the stool is exceptionally hard, he's probably constipated. Usually the body can work the problem out by itself, but if the constipation lasts more than a few days, you should consult your veterinarian.

It might be great if he might deal with it through vitamin and undertaking, instead than any form of medication. People can grow to be based on laxatives, and that simply exacerbates the hindrance. He will have to drink his eight glasses of water an afternoon. I guess if he might drink four 20 ounce bottles of water an afternoon, that by myself might make a significant change. Eat plenty of end result and greens. And use as many entire grains, and a couple of white grains, as viable. If he is lovely sedentary, he will have to begin jogging on a every day foundation. Maybe begin with a part hour an afternoon. If he can not get it resolved with vitamin, water, and undertaking, then there is a clinical hindrance that a physician will have to take a appear at. Hope he feels larger quickly.

Hmmm well first, try eating a bunch of fruit (like plums, oranges, or tomatoes). And I mean lots. That should let you go. Then try just eating a mix of dry and moist foods (like bread and fruit) for a few dats. Make sure to balance them out. You could just be having a weird week.

could have whats called fecal impaction, make sure that your diet is high in fiber and water. Also make sure to eat low fat foods as that can make it harder to pass your bowl movements. Also when you do have a bowel movement , i know this may sound gross but look at it to make sure there is no blood, or foul odor or that it looks off color. If its any of the 3 it could be some type of condition. I would also be very careful when taking a laxative because they can be harmful to your intestinal system I would recommend getting gentle laxative, also try prune juice i know it might sound nasty but it helps to soften the stools. Also it could be medications that you are taking , if you are taking any
