a) Whole foods: a store that sells exotic, organic foods from every culture and religion. They have kosher meats as well
b) A Sushi buffet? Their service is kind of slow on weekends. Keep in mind, I can only meat and cheese.
c) Should I fast?

Whole Foods is too expensive. Only affluent liberals shop there. Sushi is what over-sophisticated people in Woody Allen movies eat. I say have you a big juicy steak and a side of skewered blackened shrimp with vegetables and extra butter. On the way home, stop by the Ben and Jerry's shop.
Don't fast on a low carb diet. Skip the sushi buffet because it won't satisfy you. I'd got to Whole foods and get some meat and hard cheese and don't forget your veggies! My favorite low carb meal: Buffalo wings, celery and blue cheese. Very satisfying.

Get a salad at Whole Foods.
If you do the Sushi,(and want carbs) get it with brown rice.
Ketosis from the fasting can be bad for you.
I had my first meal today for a weak - actually it was just a ham sandwich. I would have a tuna steak, or some lean meat like chicken or turkey breast, if I were you. I am now fasting until next saturday. I would NOT recommend it.
