You obviously didn't buy the Atkins book, you WILL fail on the diet without it! BOILED Chicken? Why aren't you frying it or cooking it in butter? What about buffalo wings? Hamburger? Steak, Salads, Sausage, Pork, Veggies etc etc etc Go to atkinsdietbulletinboard.com there are plenty of recipe ideas, I can't stress enough, you can't google your way through Atkins, you must have the book, the diet is WAY more than carb counting and specific foods.

Season it with thyme, pepper, chili powder, 1 1/2 tblspoon of garlice power, salt and pepper, and chopped onions. Add your fav tomatoe sauce and ther you have it ! Meatloaf: Add chopped onion, celery, thyme, basil, garlic, bbq sauce or ketchup mix it into egg, the meat and cover with bread crumbs bake it for a bout half an hour depends on size. Grab some butter. milk, heavy cream, basil, salt, and mozzarella cheese and american mix it and add cooked pasta. GOOD LUCK THEY ARE ALL REALLY GOOD. TO BE HEALTHIER ADD A SALAD TO EAT. Also the pasta meat you can use as tacos, or taco salad, also use the meatloaf for meatloaf sandwiches, and the chicken can be saved for at least 3 days.. as sandwich meat also.. Hope you enjoy

A low carb diet is also a high fat diet. It doesn't work unless you increase the amount of fat you're eating. If you eat fat you train your body to burn fat and it will then go on to burn your stored fat. If you eat carbs all the time then your body only knows how to store fat. So go buy yourself a lot of butter, ghee, lard, dripping, duck fat & coconut oil. I always make sure I have two of each of these available all the time. When I get down to my last one of any of these I immediately put it on my shopping list. Now cook everything in one of those fats. I even cook bacon in a big dollop of lard! You chicken will be delicious if you cook it in duck fat. And make sure you keep the skin on. I don't steam or boil vegetables. I bake, fry or roast them in ghee, butter or dripping. If you cook a steak make sure you keep the fat on - ask your butcher for one with all the fat. Then after you cook it add a big lump of garlic parsley butter on top. Delicious! That's the way to go with low carb. It makes everything taste great and you can make some wonderful meals.

Boiled chicken? Eww. How about baked chicken or a steak cooked in butter or pork in a slow cooker or burgers (without the bun of course) etc. For veggies saute or broil them in butter. Yum. And you didn't mention bacon. Eat bacon!
