Question: I've been slowly gaining weight... now I'm about 20 pounds heavier than I'd like to be and I'd like a good product or program that will help me lose weight. But I'm afraid of scams. What is the best Fat loss program/product you have ever used?

I had recently been struggling with weight loss, just as you are.. and as you know it can be hard. But with the help of a product called FatLoss4Idiots... I lost the weight I needed to lose. never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

i have just answered a similar question, no need for pills or anything if you read my below answer ok, no quick fix will do the trick. if u r serious about losing weight, then you should do it the wright way. u can lose about 1 pound (of fat) a week if you cut down ur calories intake by 500 and burn 500 by working out. sometimes taking it easy is safer, you don't want to end up having an injury in your knees or ankle here's what i believe is a healthy way to lose fat - eliminate fat,sugar,alcohol (if u drink), coke and other fried food - drink water to help your flush fat - your work out should ideally consist of cardio and weight training - try circuit training ( full body workout) 3 days a week and between your weight training day do 30-40 minutes of cardio (ex: sat: cardio, sunday: weights, monday:cardio,etc) and take one day off you shall see results after the first 6 weeks, by week 12 you'll notice tremendous changes, try to take a foto before and after 6 weeks and 12 weeks to monitor changes

You are already too thin. Belly fat? I doubt it. Not if that's what you really weigh. Those pills do not work. Not at all. There is no over the counter diet pill that works. They are all attempts to get your money. You can't spot reduce anyway. That's just a joke. Get working on your sit ups if you want to tone your stomach.

Exercise. All "diets" are scams. What you need is to go exercise, and get any junk food out of your house. Bring lunch to work or school. Taking a pill will never solve your problems. Now go work it out!!! :)

all "diets" are useless scams. the solution to losing weight is surprisingly simple. Eat less and workout. Just make sure you are getting a balance of nutrients.
