Question: I'm 5'11 and 125 pounds and assuming I'm at a healthy weight, how many times a week do I need to exercise to maintain my weight? And is an hour of walking enough if I can't do anything else...? (I get hurt a lot in Karate) Thanks for any help!

im sorry but i'm 125 pounds and 5'6, and I am still called skinny. So you probably wanna gain 10-15 pounds. You can gain weight by eating healthy and organic foods, just in big quanities. You can eat ice cream and burgers too tho. And if you do like 100 crunches a day with some squats, you can gain weight healthier, with more muscle. Just make sure you eat a big breakfast, because you are gonna end up burning the cals off anyways, and it speeds your metabolism f.y.i. And an hour of walking is plenty

If you mean a daily one-hour walk, or at least 6 times a week, that should be plenty to maintain your weight. If you can't walk daily, 30 min of cardio that keeps your heart rate up 3x per week is believed to be effective.

Go for salads (preferably Cesar salads). Try to eat fat stripped meats or clean cuts. See if stores near you sell chicken cutlet on hero with lettuce and tomatoes. Do plenty of sit ups and bench pressing. Do some basic stretches like jumping jacks, jogging in place and twists before the exercises so that your limbs are loosened.
