We should all learn something every day and hopefully you will learn this.
There is no such thing as a diet pill, liquid, powder, or fat burner supplement that works!
Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without having to spend a dime advertising if someone had the magic formula.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only two (just reduced by one) prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $10 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn't approved any new ones for 14 years.
These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don't get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.
I say it over and over and over. "If any one of these products really worked, why are there so many?"
If only one worked the manufacturer would be the richest person or company in the world!

What are you trying to do, look skinny and putting your health at risk? Then do diet pills. If you want to be healthy and look better then exercise and stop eating junk food.
My experience says yes, diet pill works. It's not cheap but works. It helps your body to burn fat as quickly as possible when you are on diet plan or exercise to lose weight. However, it takes care of your energy needs. I'm using Phentramin-d and this diet pill helps turn your low metabolism to an optimum level to help burn fat faster. But of course, without harming the body. Check here you'll find the right information before you take a plunge, http://www.dietpillrating.com/. Good luck.

The only real way to lose fat is to commit to eating well and exercising. Diet pills are just scams created by companies to get you to buy their product. I don't have any experience with diet pills but I did go through a phase where I was so obsessed with my weight that I started taking laxatives, which DO NOT work and just cause health problems. My advice is to relax about your weight, try not to obsess over it and if you really feel that you need to lose weight then go the healthy way by eating right and exercising. Shortcuts don't work.

I am no longer a Doctor however I do understand there is not any trustworthy fast repair for a hindrance that constructed through the years. Sure you would take vitamin drugs to slash your urge for food, however no longer consuming is solely as damaging as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle remedy is not anything extra the a today's day variant of what was once known as snake oil which was once bought out of the again of a included wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be real then it usually is."

Phentermine diet such as Ionamin - Xenical - Meridia and LIPObind are just a few of the pill's I have used in the past. Now Ionamin worked the best at first -gave me at least 1st 1/2 weight loss in 4weeks. (great as I had a wedding to attend). But it also made me snappy and I had a dry mouth and couldn't sleep. I would sleep on and off every two hours a night, I'd wake up snappy and go to bed snappy! After I stopped taking them, the weight came back plus a few extra pounds. I tried them again and they never worked! Xenical was a waste of money as was Lipobind. I think I have done more damage to myself by taking the pills as I find it really hard now to lose just 2 stone. I have started to increase my walking. I do around 90mins a day.(just go to and from work). and I eat healthy meals, all cooked by me, so I know what goes in them, And yet I am still having trouble . I lose maybe 1-2lbs a week and then the following week I've put on 2-3lbs! Try and lose the weight naturally rather than by pills. You stand a better chance of keeping it off and not mucking up your body. Good luck I know how it feels!
