Question: Hi, I need major help. I bought a grad dress a year ago and gained 30 pounds and now I can't fit into it and my grad is 45 days away is there anyway I can lose that weight or even like 15 to 20 pounds! If anyone has real answers please tell me, diet meal plans would be greatly appreciated . I know its not safe to lose that much weight that fast but I have no other option ... Please give serious answers.

i lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks doing these things (male, 270 down to 240, so you'll probably wont loose as much, but at the same time i did f up one week so who knows) 1- dont eat fast burning carbs. no bread, potatoes, corn (ok if its in like a salsa), rice (even brown), granola, pasta you get the idea. if its white or can be white dont eat it. 2- no sugar (duh!) this also in includes fruit. you dont need fruit to survive (as the Eskimos lol) and your body converts all that fructose to sugar to fat 3- no dairy. its to inflammatory 4- eat as much of these as you want (i eat ~2500 calories a day and still loose weight) meat (lean is best but i still eat pork shoulder every morning) eggs, veggies, legumes, butter and oil. limit nuts and protein powder to 30 mins after a resistance work out, if thats to hard just stay away all together. 5- eat 4 times a day regardless of hunger and at least 20 grams of protein per meal. 6- take a night off once a week and eat whatever you want. my Saturday nights usually consist of a ~1000 calorie carb loaded meat and a 12 pack. i put on about 2 pounds but its off by monday. some people take the whole day off and eat ~6000 calories but i find that does not work for me. 7- i work out 6 days a week (nothing crazy, just light lifting and 30 mins of cardio) weight loss is 80% diet, 20% workout 8- dont drink calories, except for 2 glasses of red wine a night (optional) so, doing these things i have lost weight, gained energy with 0 calorie counting or portion control. head over to http://www.slowcarbrevolution.com/forum.... if you wanna give it a try or have any other questions. oh, and no artificial sweeteners, it promotes weight retention and is just bad for you all the way around. some say up to 16 ounces a day is ok, i just dont do it.

If you do that, you might faint! If you want to lose fat, do interval training. Look up videos on You tube.

Going low carb is which may encourage weight loss. Limit the carbs (especially processed carbs like muffins and bagels) and can include a little fat.

Measure out there that bowl of cereal or perhaps oatmeal, including the fruit, insane, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you add to it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons accessible instead of eyeballing.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs Google fruit fast A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet.... THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE You got the change the way you think and feel about food TRY THIS, and stick to it. The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same time Fruits and Veggies Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants. Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.... .....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD..... If man made it, don't eat it NO white BREAD or SUGAR NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories NO FRIED FOOD... Stay away from FAST FOOD NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works......... Write down every thing you eat take a multivitamin at night
