Question: Before my pregnancy it was really easy for me to loose weigh. I'd get results fast. Now everytie i iet and excersize i dont see much of a change and I get discoraged. So I was wondering are there any good diet pills out there to help me anhow much did you loose?

Forget diet pills, they may, for a short period of time make you skinner, but they are unhealthy, and once you go off of the pills your going to gain weight again. I would advise going to bodybuilding.com/forums (yes, the name says bodybuilding but they have a very large section on weight loss and most of the people there know what they are talking about). If you go on a good strict diet (Good meaning eating the right amount of calories, only health food and ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY OR JUNK FOOD. and about a gallon of water a day). And you work out, you will lose weight if you stick to it. Trust me, the best way to lose weight, bar none, is diet and exercise.

Not really. There are some that have ingredients that can act like appetite suppressants, but in my experience, I start to tolerate them after a while and they lose any effect. Frankly, I think all the pills on the market are a waste of money. You will always find somebody who had success with a diet or diet product, but anecdotes don't equal facts. The key to weight loss is eating less and exercising more. Your body needs to use more calories than you are taking in. Track your food and your exercise to see how you are doing.

i dont recommend diet pills they are bad for you. the best way to go is eat small healthy meals 4 to 6 times a day. do aroebic exercises like swimming, running, jump rope, bicycling. go to the gym and lift some weights, lots of reps and light wieght. it will take time. also only wiegh urself once a month. otherwise u will get discouraged. and dont look in the mirror for fat, just excercise and eat healthy, with time you will lose that wieght.

eat four meals with chopsticks instead of a fork slowing down can help you consume about 25 fewer calories per meal

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium

Taking pills was a huge turn off but looking at slimquick they actually had some alternatives. - they have packets that mix into water- try these you can get mixed berry or lemonade flavor. You are also hydrating and don't need to swallow horse pills!
