You're on the track of becoming much much healthier.
To begin, drink nothing but water...once you're under 200, you can drink other things such as chocolate milk, etc...for your water, you can get these things called Mio Flavor Enhancers, they come in different flavors, try them out.
Stay away from SoBe Lifewater as it has sugar in it.
Keep up the jogging, combined with a healthy diet...you'll notice rapid weight loss at first, it's normal, as it's mostly water weight in the beginning anyways, as you begin losing weight, you'll start to notice your body toning up and losing inches.
