managing total calorie intake is shown to be even more important than exercise in terms of weight loss. it is good you are working on better eating habits. the best part is that with medical supervision you can take safe pills to help you cut back even more and lose the weight for good. it's far easier to maintain LOST weight than to lose it.

skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat storing starvation mode making it harder to burn calories

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal

Coming from a person who loves food and has tried everything in the book there is to try on weight loss, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you want to look great in a month, start exercising hard and eating healthy (very good trick is to load up on fruits and veggies). I lost 15 pounds in a month. That wasn't the best part though. I dropped more than 2 pants sizes and I looked fabulous. (don't forget muscle weighs more than fat) I am just soooo freaking happy about how great I look now and I did it in such a short amount of time! (I've lost a total of 30 pounds so far). Exercise and healthy eating truly is the only answer. Those pills unfortunately only take money out of your pocket and piss you off even more - and by the time you figure it out, then your event has already come and gone and you've lost no weight. The only thing that ever worked was ephedra, but that is illegal now. The rest of it is pure crap. I will however suggest, the day before, do a detox. You can get it at Wal-mart or a drug store.
