Alright, good that you didn't say "no one answer saying to diet or exercise, because I'm not into that" because that WILL be necessary for real and healthy weight loss. Look, there's no "quick and easy" way otherwise there wouldn't be so many overweight people in the world. I'm sorry, it's just the truth. The only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. That's it. At a weight of 209, you should be able to lose 3 to 4 pounds a week for the first few weeks, but as you get skinnier, you lose weight more slowly to a steady 1 to 2 pounds. I'd say if you work hard and dedicate yourself, you can drop to 195 in a month. However, you'll NEED to eat healthier to lose weight the quickest. While it is possible to lose weight with junk food, healthy food has less calories for the same amount, and eating crap will make you feel like crap and in turn affect your exercise. I'm not talking about super strict dieting, but rather choose one day out of the week where you can eat one meal that's sort of cheating. Don't overdue it though. Anyways, you need to count calories and do cardio. Your body burns calories daily just doing its daily functions--I'm estimating at your weight, you burn 2000 calories a day just being alive. Therefore, you should consume 200-500 calories less than that. If you eat too little, it will backfire and your body will go into "starvation mode" and you'll gain all of the weight you lose back fast, trust me. If you want to be more precise, look up the amount of calories you would burn online. So, try to avoid too many pastas and carbs, especially if it's at the end of the day. It's okay to eat some, as they will provide you with energy for exercise, but if your carbs are unused they turn into fat. Exercise should consist of mainly cardio and toning workouts--running, jump rope, swimming, biking, walking and pushups, pullups, leg lifts and situps if you want to tone a bit (you won't gain much muscle like that though you should slim down a bit before you try and bulk up some). I lost 20 pounds over the course of 3 months, I ran for 20 mins 4 times a week and ate a planned out diet, so imagine if I ran 5 times a week for 30 minutes? The rate at which you lose is entirely up to you, but you need to realize it isn't quick and easy. I'm guessing it would take you 5 months if you did what I did, but don't let the end game discourage you. You can do it in 3 if you work super hard. No thinking, "just one more" or "i'll start eating healthy after this" NO. Alright, best of luck.

To be quite honest with you, there is no "easy way". I've been in the same boat as you. I'd exercise and eat right and wouldn't change even one ounce. I've recently started Weight Watchers and I was amazed at how much it has really helped. Not that I'm magically shedding the pounds, but its helped me to really pay attention to what I am eating. I always thought I didn't eat too bad before, but when you really look at all the nutritional facts (which you have to with weight watchers to determine the points), you realize how much crap you're eating. I'd have one serving of macaroni and cheese thinking it wasn't so bad, but it was actually over 9 points (I get 30 points a day)! Its the little things.
I go to the gym three days a week for an hour. On the days that I don't go to the gym, I do one of those "10 minute" dancing work-out videos. Even if the pounds aren't rolling off, my energy level is through the roof!

Although exercise can help a bit for weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise.
To avoid regaining lost weight you must not lose any more than 10 lbs a month. After you reach your target weight you need to go on a maintenance diet for the rest of your life.
Supper needs to be abolished as supper calories are even more fattening than dinner calories as you don't burn them up with most of the day behind you. Breakfast calories are the least fattening followed by lunch calories as you burn them up with most of the day ahead of you.
It is probably better not to have any snacks as they are all extra calories. Very low calorie snacks such as raw fruit are OK but not dried fruit as that can be fattening in large amounts.
Reducing your intake of fats and calories will help but your calorie intake should never drop below 1,200 calories per day if you want to be healthy.
Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help. Foods or drinks such as coke and other soft drinks, desserts, sweets, cakes, cookies or biscuits must be eliminated or substantially reduced. Cereals must be restricted to those that contain less than 15% total sugars and junk sugar loaded foods such as pizzas must be avoided. Junk sugar bowls must be abolished. Oatmeal, oat bran, wheat bran and wheat germ are good cereals that can help for weight loss.
Junk sugar health hazards are discussed in a web search for "sugar health hazards".
The natural sugars in fruit and vegetables are OK as they metabolise to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content so they have a low to medium GI value. Fruit and vegetables are low in calories and are not fattening. Most fruit and vegetables are metabolism boosting foods and that helps for weight loss. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are exceptions and can be fattening.
Very high fiber foods such as wheat germ and wheat bran can also help for weight loss.
Fattening combinations that you need to avoid include combinations of protein foods (such as eggs, meat, poultry, sea food, cheese and nuts) with starchy carbohydrates (such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and corn).

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you'll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).
Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a calorie calculator - http://calorieneedscalculator.com The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don't think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.
Don't make all of these changes at once or you won't be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake. Compare a doughnut to an apple and you'll see that healthy foods are lower in calories. You can find some more information at the Beginner's Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com
