i cant' sleep very well, help?

Question: now i do sleep, put for past week an half, it can't be for more than 5 hours, and my body clearly needs mroe than this. i can tell just by the way i feel every mornign i wake up. also i wake up every night at least once to go to teh toilet i've researched into it a little and for teh past week have done these little tweaks: cut out liquids 2 hours before bed don't watch T.V or play the computer go for 45 minute walk botu horu an halkf before bed, sometimes take a long warm bath half horu before bed warm milk read a book(but not one that will stimulate my mind to much) taken all my clocks away i don't do all of this in one night but rather mix an match a few apart from the cutting out liquids which i do every night( yet i still need to get up and low and behold i have to pee!!!!) the only other thing now is to by sleeping aids to try and get me past that point where i need the loo, seems to be around the same time every night :( anyone else no of anything i could try? sorry for the bad spelling, i rushed it

Care to go to a health food store and buy a couple of supplements to help you out? If so, get a combination of valerian root, chamomille and passion flower. There's an item that has them all and it's called Deep Sleep. All you have to do is take one 1 hour before bedtime and another one at bedtime. Also, you can practice meditation. It will help you to relax better. Another thing you can do is try accupuncture. Find a good professional and ask for help. Take care.

Being unable to switch off at bedtime is a very common problem. Common sleep aids include warm milk, Chamomile tea, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Valerian. If you are having trouble switching off at bedtime some light exercise at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep. Haha, stupid harmless me thinks that an incredible form of individuals can try this LOL! I sleep at my guy friends places of their mattress in many cases. did not be attentive to it grew to become right into a brilliant deal till human beings have been making it sound like we must be having intercourse. i'm like eh? Nah. in simple terms is in simple terms too late to pass homestead, or we are doing some thing at the same time the following day, and that they have got a one mattress room w. one mattress. not rocket technology to me. do not think of the two human beings has to sleep on the settee. So we hop in mattress and pass to sleep. lol. Me: Sagittarius w. a Leo Moon Male friends warning signs variety. I try this the main nonetheless w. my Gemini BFF and my Capricorn pal. My BFF has a Gemini sunlight and Moon, and an Aries Venus. My Capricorn pal has a Taurus Moon and a Capricorn Venus.

When you goo in your bedroom make sure you have all of the lights turned off, you need to clear your mind. Count, it always works for me. You will get to about one huindred. Also, makesure there is no nliking radio, clock, lights. Make sure your body tempreture it just right but do not uise to manyy blankets. Also, go pee before bed, sometime's waking up will not change if the bait has been in effect for more than thirty days.
