Question: I'm evening almost willing to puke JUST for 3 days even though I hate throwing up yuck but I will if I have to which seems like I will.. I'm 15 126lbs 5'3 I need to try to lose at LEAST 5-6lbs I just got to look like I've lost weight What can I do!!! Please help me^ itsreally important to me. If i do this is it possible I will reach my goal THANKS!! And I am going to keep eating healthy after this and stop throwing up

Im sorry to be the one to say this but there is no healthy way to lose weight in three days... It takes a little while... A more reasonable period of time is 60-90 days. There are two programs you could look into. One is p90x (90 days) and Insanity (60 days). In my opinion p90x is much more affective. You can check them both out at beachbody.com Good luck.

If you do that, you might faint! If you want to lose fat, do interval training. Look up videos on You tube.

If you are otherwise healthy, you can fast safely for three days, and drink only water (necessary). However, if your regular dietary intake is around 1750 calories a day, you will lose only about a pound in two days. Your goal is unrealistic, and you didn't give us the life-or-death reason as to why you need to lose 5-6 lbs (which is a safe goal over 2 weeks). On the other hand, you could lose that much weight instantly by sawing off an arm.

drink water all throughout the day do toning exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, etc Do an hour of cardio every day Eat mostly fruits and veggies... tiny portions of whole grains and light meats are okay. Sounds gross, but try to get as much fiber as possible... you want to be pooping very frequently. Hope this helps! Research more on long term weight loss so you will be healthy! DON'T throw up. I used to do this. It slows down your metabolism horrendously. If you feel like you've binged on something that will make you gain weight, eat a lot of carrots, drink lots of water, and go for a walk to get it digested fast. Hope this helps! Good luck. Remember, all in portion control and amount of movement daily!

But would you rather do? Spend years paying for something that barley helps you lose weight or use something that is going to make you work your butt off for quick results and look amazing? Even if you decide not to use it you should still sign up for the weight loss tips because they tell you some things that you would have never thought of by yourself. No offence, but if you lose anymore weight you'll probably look on the verge of anorexic. Your weight is perfectly normal. Also, being bulimic and losing that much weight in such a short time is very bad for your body, so I advise against it. Good luck! :D
