I've been there and done that. If you are really trying to lose weight, you have to stay dedicated and determined to do so. I lost around 50 pounds using just these simple tips I'm about to explain to you.
I found three things to be the best but you have to use them together in order to get some great results. You have to understand that you are what you eat first. Dieting is something you might have to stick in there with and follow through with one. Some people can while others can't.
The next thing you need to do is create a workout plan whether that be cardio or some other exercise to get the heart rate up. You have got to do at least 30 mins a day to get some results.
The 3rd step that I'm going to explain, helps a lot if you are slobbish on your diet or just need some help with it all. For me, it's a natural herbal supplement called Proactol. It's a fat binder and an appetite suppressant. I'm very health consicious and having this supplement that is made from natural herbs, you really can't beat it. It's helped me so much but absorbing up to 28% of fat that you intake. Which means if you aren't following your dieting plans, you have a little more room for food being on the supplement. The appetite suppressant part works wonderfully too so you can actually stay away from the cookies and brownies.
These steps really worked for me, you should try them out for yourself even if you want to lose very little or that extra mile. Also at the time of my 3 month supply purchase of Proactol, I saved a lot of money on it at http://starturl.com/efblc
Good luck and I hope this helps you out for your weight loss goals.
Have you already tested Dr.Oz Garcinia Cambogia? Get in this website : http://tinyurl.com/draconianalbum5 . This can probably work for your needs!

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium

Diet pills DO work. BUT they have majour side effects. They also have a ton of ingredients. So it is possible to be allergic to one or more that you are ingesting. When that happens it can be real horrible. They are also costly, and can be bad on your liver long term. You don't see this as something a lot of people talk about because most don't relate it. However certain herbal remedies (which is what a lot of these diet pills tout being) are actualy herbs and combinations of herbs that can be rough on your body and your liver which filters much of what goes in your body. As an example, most people don't know that Asprin, ibuprofen AND the main ingredient in Aleve are ALL rough on the liver as well. As others have said. Your diet determines your weight loss. Along those lines, you might want to try negative calorie foods. Those are foods that take more calories and energy to eat, then they provide. A perfect example is Celery. Along the lines of exercise, if you have stairs near you, but not a lot of time in the day...take the stairs instead of the elevator, maybe go up and down them once or twice extra each time. There you go, you just fit exercise into your day, and it will add up. In addition, I would like to suggest taking a multi vitamin along with any diet you are on. We tend to unknowingly deprive ourselves of vitamins as it is, but it tends to get a lot worse when we diet.

To enhance your metabolism naturally you can try a diet pill like Phentramin-D. This diet pill contains a blend of ingredients and the chemical compound – Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride Trimethylxanthin which helps enhance your metabolism. These have been tried and tested clinically to ascertain its effectiveness. It is a safe diet pill on the market. Of course, it will not cause you jittery: http://p.gs/j9yzc

I vote for Another Goofy Propaganda Pill. It's all hype and I think people will drop it like rock. I mean, get real you can be serious, how can you get excited about losing 1 pound a month with some nasty side effects. People who tested it only lost 1 pound per month, that's barely effective in my opinion. It works by blocking some of the fat normally digested by the intestine. But the gross thing is guess where the fat ends up? The side effects include diarrhea, anal leakage, Fatty/oily stool, oily spotting, intestinal gas with discharge, bowel movement urgency, poor bowel control and headaches. Doesn't sound like fun to me, what are people suppose to do wear a diaper?
I suggest two all natural diet pills that are safe and have no side effects. They are Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre.
Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. I aways recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html
Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html
Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.
