How do i make it make me loose weight. i dont take add pills to lose weight. i take it because im distracted easily. haha. but i wanna loose weight. i'm fifteen 131 lbs and 5'6
No it suppose to make you lose weight automatically...but its not working for me?

They can make you lose weight by decreasing your appetite. That's all.
And I guess if you get more active you can lose weight.
I'm pretty sure it evens out though, like if you lose it, it should come back. Your appetite should return, and the weight will be restored.
The weight loss doesn't happen to everyone though.
So if you want to lose weight then eat better... and here's the big part: exercise! Exercise should help with your ADD too.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

carbs are fine if eaten without creamy and oily dressing sauce such as cheese, fried oil for example plain baked potato instead of french fries, steam rice instead of fried rice, pasta with marinara sauce instead of creamy sauce.

yes sodium should be lowered (not avoided entirely, sodium and potassium are electrolytes which is necessary for physical activity)
fat can only be allowed for salmon, fish because fat from salmon is omega-3, avoid fat from meat other than fish, if eating kfc then discard its skin because its fat is underneath its skin
other than that, ur plan is good
