It is safe to take plan B on birth control because it is made for "failed birth control". If she is on birth control, you used a spermicidal condom, AND used plan B I wouldn't stress is the chances are VERY slim, but I know how scary that can be.
As far as her period, as long as she is regular, it should come @ its normal time. I wouldn't stress it too much, with all those precautions you should be safe.
Best of luck!

Yes, it's notoriously hard to lose weight while on the pill, and very, very easy to gain weight on it even if you're following a good diet. That's just the nature of the pill, the extra hormones cause weight gain. Just do your best to get a lot of exercise and stick to a lower calorie low sugar diet. It does take longer to lose weight on the pill but the upside is that's the beast way to lose it anyway- very slowly and gradually. All of this is better than getting pregnant!
It is okay to use Plan B while on birth control pills. She might just feel the side effects stronger (like nausea) because of the extra hormones. If she takes the Plan B correctly and she is on the pill, the chances of her getting pregant are slim to none. The pill alone when taken correctly is about 98% effective or something like that and with the Plan B on top of that, I really do not see a pregnancy happenning.
About her period, because she took the Plan B on top of her regular birth control, it may or may not come on time because of the hormones being out of whack. From my own personal experience in this same situation, it came on time but the doctor said it could be late. The doctor told me if the period doesn't come 3 weeks after the Plan B to take a test. NOTE that I took the Plan B a week before I was due for mine so I would wait until she is 2 weeks late to test. I really highly doubt she will be that late though and don't stress becauuse it's near impossible for her to be pregnant because of the pill and Plan B.

If shes on birth controle and hadnt missed any anyway then you should still be protected. If by the plan b pill, you mean the morning after pill and she took that this morning (within the 72 hours) then I guess your even better protected.
The morning after pill works better if taken within 24 hours but still works as long as in the 72 hours though the percentage rate is somewhat reduced the later its taken.
As your girlfriend is on birth controle anyway I wouldnt worry about it, sounds like you are both taking as much precautions as possible which is very sensible but essentially the only way to be 100% sure of not having an unwanted pregnancy is not to have sex.
But from what you have said Id probably say your pretty much safe and not to worry too much.
As for her taking the morning after pill when shes alredy on birth controle, it will give her a massive dose of hormones and she may feel upand down for a few days. Her period may come early because of this or it may come when its due, each person is different, but try not to worry too much.
If the worst did come to worst, you sound like a sensible person and Im sure you would be able to handle the situation just fine.... that is worst comes to worst tho.... personally from what you've said, I wouldnt worry, sounds to me like everything will be just fine.

Hello, you're on the pill! You did not have unprotected sex: the pill protects you. That's what it does. That's what it's for. Don't mess up your body by taking even more hormones (the Plan B, or Morning After pill is a very large hormone dose). You don't need it. Since you don't seem to know what the pill is for, I'm not sure why you're taking it...

Diet pills will not take away the effect of the birth control pills. That being said, it is never okay to take diet pills. They do not work and people have died taking them. If she is having sex, at least she is being responsible about it. Try to get her to stop taking the diet pills. They are 100% ineffective in fat loss, all they will do is dehydrate her. Be a good friend and go on long walks with her and don't take her to eat at fast food places. She just needs to up her activity level and lower her calorie intake. That is the only way to effectively lose weight.
