Question: im 15 and i wanna be a little skinnier on my b-day in a month july 13th because right now i just feel fat helppp if anyone can i eat heathly and everything im 5'11 and i weight like 221 i think

1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week 2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like 3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea 4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss- fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas. 5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus 6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance) 7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal... 8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

The good thing about your question is that your target is realistic. A lot a people would ask if they could lose 20kg in 1 month (loooooool) ok! what you would want to do is make sure your body is burning fat as quick as possible you do this by increasing METABOLISM! you can do this by: firstly Eating smaller and more frequent meals instead of eating 3 times a day eat 5-6 meals consisting of 250-300 cal per meal weight and resistance training although i strongly recommend doing both if you have to choose between cardio and weight and resistance choose weight and resistance training because the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is (1 pound of muscle = 50 calories) and doing too much cardio can lose muscle. cardio when i say cardio alot of people will think of jogging no no no and no! that for me is the worst form of cardio you can jog for hours and get minimal results make sure you sprint instead of jogging (10 min session sprint for 1 min rest 1 min WAY MORE EFFECTIVE!) now if you look at a long distance runner compared to a sprinter you can see a clear difference a long distance runner looks like its been starved and deprived of food while a sprinter is lean and ripped you could also try body weight cardio (look for an excerise called M'100s i would bet my life that you wouldnt be able to complete that excerise first time asking it takes like 3-5 mins to do) Finally make sure you workouts are short and intense you really shouldnt be working out over 45 mins! The best way too loose weight is exercising and healthy food. But you should know, that if you loose you're weight quickly you are also going yo gain the weight again quickly, as soon as you start eating normal again.

um well for you i would say 1-3 pounds a week loss is healthy...just eat healthier 1500 calories...fruits, veggies stay away from white bread and regular pasta and eat whole wheat bread and pasta... get in cardio 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes...running, biking, swimming, rollerblading...i would say you could lose like 15 pounds -20 pounds by then

try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

just be aware, if you loose weight too quickly, your body can't adjust as well to it, so you get loose saggy skin as a consequence.

I am like you, it's hard for me to gain or lose weight. I used this two times to gain weight for cage matches. Here is what worked for me, but beware and don't overdo it because it can kill you if you follow it for years. Just use it to gain weight, then mellow out and eat normally. You will keep the weight as long as you eat normally after the gain and do not increase your workouts. The Plan (Raging Bull diet): In the movie, Raging Bull, Robert De Niro, a naturally skinny dude back then, had to gain weight for the end of the movie as he played a larger and out of shape, Jake LaMotta. The only thing that worked for him being low weight in his young age was to eat hot dogs, pizza, and ice cream. I suggest what worked for me to gain 15 pounds in three weeks: 4 hot dogs, 4 slices of pizza, and a bowl of ice cream, 4 times a day. It is not healthy and I suggest that you only use it for a short amount of time to gain the weight you want, then eat normally, your weight should stay on as longs as you don't eat like a hobo and workout too much.
