I am trying to eat healthier and walking. I need a little boost and would really like to try a good diet pill!!! Which one have you actually tried and worked for you???? I have been told that Hydroxycut or Gambogia Carcina would be good..... but they had not taken them so I would like someone that has taken something that has worked for them.....and I am about 198 lbs over weight at 5'2" and over 35....so I need so major help!! PLEASE!!!! I'm scared to enter my info on line for anything....I don't know which sites are real and which one are scams!!!

Diet pills dont work. Just keep going the old fashioned route - thts the only way you will lose weight healthily and keep the weight off.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep ur metabolism up, get all of ur essential nutrients from real food, keep a calorie log, stay hydrated, avoid salt and refined sugar and all the obvs stuff
Do a variety of exercising with both high intensity (HIIT, tabata, strength training, circuit training) and low intensity (pilates, yoga, stretching). You need all 3: cardio, strength training, and stretching. Variety and consistency are both important. Start easy and work ur way up.

Sounds like Hydroxycut Hardcore. This is a dangerous supplement because it increases your metabolism by increasing your heart rate. It is almost the equivalent of taking speed or cocaine without the euphoria that comes from those recreational drugs. The real problem is that typically it is very overweight people that are using the product and these people usually do not workout so their heart is not very strong. Using this product with a heart that isn't very strong could lead to heart attacks.
Also, it provides a reliance on the product so your body will not be looking for any normal queues to activate the metabolism. As soon as the person stops taking the pills, their metabolism will crash and the weight will gain even faster than it did before.
Very dangerous pattern that can evolve out of this.
Honestly, most, if not all, diet pills are either scams or unhealthy. Just try to eat a little bit less, eat a little healthier, get a little more exercise each day, drink lots more water each day, and get plenty of sleep. That is the simplest and the most effective weight loss method for the long-term. No need for any laxative or hunger-curbing pill that has unknown side-effects.

DO NOT USE DIET PILLS. In Mid-March of 2013, I decided to start losing weight. I was (and am) 5'1", weighed 205 pounds.
I switched from Soymilk to Almond (Soy 60cal/glass, Almond 30cal), started using extra virgin olive oil instead of butter in pans, found mayonaisse and "fake butter" that are both made with extra virgin olive oil, lowered sodium, cut down soda, cut down sugar, little bits at a time. I started walking, 5 minutes a day got me winded. I SLOWLY switched junk food to health food. Cookies can be made with almond or coconut flour, you can make pancakes with nothing but almond butter, and egg, and a banana, started having dark chocolate instead of milk, etc etc etc...
as of Dec25th 2013, I am down to 145 lbs and walking/riding my bike MULTIPLE MILES A DAY.
you DO NOT need diet pills! you need MOTIVATION!!!

The good answer is to exercise and eat healthy. I know it's not what you want to hear, but it's really the best way. Healthy living will last you your entire life. Pills either don't work, are addictive and dangerous, or have awful side effects that absolutely suck. Do it the healthy way, and you'll thank me later.
