Yeah, that's good. Try to count your carb intake, limit yourself to less than 100 carbohydrates per day.

Yes, tofu is low carb.
Seriously though, this low carb, Atkins thing is very unhealthy. Please consult a qualified nutritionist and eat properly. Ketosis is bad for the body.
It is OK , but it is not a strict low carb diet your on. Look for foods that have s low glycemic index also if you add a few carbs. This makes a difference. All Bran is lower than Oatmeal although , Oatmeal withiout sugar is better than any boxed cereal. You must drink plenty of fluids such as coffee or water to flush your kidneys with a low carb diet because your body will excrete ketones. You know if you are on a low carb diet, because your bowel movements will smell bad and you may have a raspy throat with bad breath.

Oatmeal isn't a low carb food. It's actually very high in carbs. I cup of oatmeal has 39g of carbs. If you're doing a low carb diet where you are trying to stay under 20 to 30 grams then you are already going over your limit.
If you're eating it with milk then you've just massively gone over the limit.
You're better off, for a number of reasons, having bacon, eggs and spinach for breakfast. If you get some of those little frozen cubes of spinach then this is a quick and easy breakfast to make.

If you're going to eat carbs like oatmeal, probably best to do it in the morning. Better than in the evening. Most people who eat "low-carb" won't eat oatmeal, however. Carbs from non-starchy vegetable are fine, because you don't get many of them.

Considering the symptoms you are experiencing, I really feel it may be a good idea to go ahead and have the ANA test done. It's just a simple blood test that measures the anti-nuclear antibodies in your blood. If the levels are elevated it can suggest that you may be suffering from an autoimmune disease such as lupus.
If it is elevated then your doctor will refer you to a Rheumatologist who will take a full medical history and conduct some more tests to determine exactly what you have.
In the off chance that you do have lupus, and the fact that it runs in your family makes the chances a little higher, it is really important to have it diagnosed so that you can start preventative measures to control the disease so that you can have a good quality of life.
You might find the website below helpful - it itemizes all the early symptoms of the disease and also explains the different kinds of lupus.
Hope that has helped,
