Question: Im a 19 Year old male, 5'-11" and weigh 179 pounds and im at 23 percent body fat. i also need some tips on some effective workouts too. my diet is pretty good, So i was wondering if its possible to lose 4 percent in a month?If its not possible how long will it take?

i was in the army corp so could you handle it i will give you a guaranteed routine to make you cry but give you results. 10 cross sit ups, 10 push ups, 10 chin bars, 20 squat thrusts, 15 star jumps, do this 3times daily for 1 week week 2 double the amount week 3 triple the amount week 4 100 sit ups, 40 clap press ups, 40 chin bars, 50 star jumps, 100 suicides, continue this routine and watch your back work within 3 months you will be like an ox now substitute elements take L-Carnitine this turns fat into muscle rapidly, 2 raw eggs mixed with milk will give you enough protein per session, take this substance 2 daily, breakfast should be just plain pasta, Eat plenty of banana's this helps with your metabolism. Wearing a hoodie wont make you use more calories, just sweat more. weight lifting works better than cardio for fat loss. Drinking water only fills you up it does not burn calories.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially. you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day. (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

yes okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows: Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly) eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken. also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
